# Augenix for AI agents

Augenix builds live websites for local service businesses — plumbers, HVAC, electricians, roofers, painters, steel buildings, and similar trades. United States, Texas first.

This page is the contract for agents. The human funnel is https://augenix.ai/build (forms and progress UI). Do not scrape that form. Use the public MCP.

## Offer (do not invent pricing)

- Build is free. The owner sees a live preview first. They pay only if they want it live.
- Starter hosting: $29/month launch special (regular $49/month). Website, hosting, and tools to run the business. No AI features on Starter.
- Pro: $99/month. More tools, AI layered in. Credits billed separately.
- Domain is separate.
- Do not promise Google rankings, lead volume, or set-and-forget SEO.

## Who it is for

Owner-operators of local trades who need a site customers can find and call. Not agencies wanting a white-label app. Not national brands.

## What you can do for a user

1. Collect business name, trade, city/state, phone, email, and street address if they have one.
2. Start a preview build.
3. Send the owner the preview URL.
4. If they want it live, send a Stripe Checkout link for Starter monthly ($29).
5. After payment, send the live site URL.

Payment happens on Stripe Checkout. Do not collect card numbers.

No API key. Rate limited. Tools:

- start_build — returns a token; build runs in the background
- get_preview — poll the token until status is ready, then send preview_url
- create_checkout — Stripe Checkout URL for Starter monthly ($29 launch special)
- get_live_site — live URL after payment, or live=false if they have not paid yet
